About Me

Hi! I’m Aiman Priester. I’m currently a Senior in Computer Engineering at Iowa State University. I was admitted into the Concurrent Masters program. I prefer the hardware aspects of Computer Engineering. I do plan to focus on Computer Architecture / Embedded Systems.

I’m originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I am passionate about food. Be it local or Michelin-starred. When I can, I volunteer my time to teach the less fortunate kids a variety of STEM subjects to seed their curious minds.

Always trying to help others is something I do. I especially enjoyed my time as a Teaching Assistant for CprE288: Embedded Systems I. Countless of hours spent making sure my students truly understand the ideas behind what they are learning. I genuinely enjoy when their faces light up when the pieces connect and things make sense.
